• Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

• Reason for Opening: Coverage for a maternity leave of absence

Schedule & Requirements

• Shift: Night/Evening, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
• Weekend Hours: 36 hours
• Call Requirements: Not applicable
• Years of Experience: At least 2 years of experience in L&D and Obstetrics is required.
• Required Certifications: EFM, NRP, and BLS.
• Float Requirements: Expected to float to other units when the census is low. In these cases, you will not be assigned patients but will serve as a "helping hands" resource.

• Unit: Family Birth Center Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Number of Beds: 11
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 and 1:3
• Patient Types: Labor, C-sections, gynecology/surgical, postpartum, and newborn nursery (Level I) patients.
• EMR: EPIC
• Equipment: Intellispace Perinatal Fetal Monitoring
  
  

Miscellaneous Information

• Dress Code: Any color scrubs are acceptable.
• Submittal Limit: 3 candidates
• Required Skills: Must have experience with L&D, mother-baby postpartum care, obstetrics/surgical patients, and newborn nursery (Level I).
